BE GRATEFUL!

I have been kind of sad lately so I was thinking the best way to get glad is to think of all the things you are grateful for. I am going to take it one step further and post a few of the things I am grateful for on this blog. So here goes....

1. I am grateful to have 5 happy, beautiful, healthy children.

2. I am grateful for all the love that my children give me unconditionally, even if I don't deserve it.

3. I am grateful for my sweet husband who works so hard at the hospital and then comes home and helps me with the kids, dinner, and bedtime.

4. I am grateful he paints my toes.

5. I am grateful that Kyle still gets up at night with our children even when he has to be up at 4am for work. I have tried to get up with the children but he still gets up no matter what.

6. I am grateful every day that he asked me to marry him. I love him and our children more than words can express.

7. I am grateful that he has been give the opportunity to go to Michigan and start work in orthopaedics.

8. I am grateful for the gospel in our lives and for the peace and comfort it gives.
9. I am grateful that our children like to read the scriptures, and that they try to understand them.

10. I am grateful that we have this beautiful place to live.

11. I am grateful that each of our children have adjusted well to school and all the changes in their lives.

12. I am very grateful for all the little smiles that greet me every morning when I get up.

13. I am grateful that my husband supports my decisions and what I am doing.

14. I am grateful for the happy sounds of children playing.

15. I am most grateful for my Lord, Jesus Christ and His patients with me, I am a slow learner but He never gives up on me even when I might give up on myself.

I know that this blog has been boring but I needed to express gratitude for all the little things in my life so that I remember I really have a lot to be grateful for.

  1. I'm grateful for a fantastic friend who listens to me gripe when I need an adult ear that is not related to me.
